Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders, initial or monogram items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Please let us know if you'd like to exchange your item. There may be stock available to do a quick exchange. Otherwise, there will be a time frame for the new item to be made for you. Contact us at clientcare@savenac.com to expedite this process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
