Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
Customized items are Non-Returnable. See below.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned (custom colors, sizes out of our size range, initialed or monogram items).
Please let us know if you'd like to exchange your item. There may be stock available to do a quick exchange. Otherwise, there will be a time frame for the new item to be made for you. Contact us at email@example.com to expedite this process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
