Each items is inspected for quality control before it is shipped to you. We guarantee the items to be free from manufacturing defects. Please let us know if you were sent the wrong item within 12 hours of receiving it.

We do not cover damage, such as scratches, gouges or loose stones to the jewelry from accidents or improper care of the jewelry.
